About BlueHeart Energy

BlueHeart Energy was founded in 2016 as a deep-tech company that has developed a new sustainable thermoacoustics technology to radically improve the performance of heat pumps, enabling them to evolve from being the best solution in the market to becoming the perfect solution. Our technology is a disruptive approach to generate heat and cold, with potential to revolutionize the whole industry.

With our so called 'Blue Heart' inside, heat pumps turn into affordable, silent and flexible devices, capable of working with wide temperature ranges suitable for both new and existing houses. Importantly, BlueHeart doesn’t require any refrigerants and doesn’t generate any CO2e emissions.

The Internship

Join our manufactring team and gain hands-on experience building next-generation sustainable energy technology. You will work directly in our production facility supporting assembly, fabrication, testing, and daily production activities. This is an opportunity to learn practical manufacturing skills while contributing to real products used in the development of future heat pump technology.

What You'll Do

• Support the assembly and build of production and prototype units

• Assist with fabrication, workshop activities, and basic tooling preparation

• Perform inspections, testing, and documentation of production activities

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

• Work closely with technicians, engineers, and production specialists to solve practical challenges

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related MBO program

• Interest in hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or workshop activities

• Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical drawings

• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a team

• Good English communication skills
