Your path to our team
1. Application review
Once you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application for the role you applied for - and they'll also check if you match another Blue Heart vacancy
2. Interview with our recruiter
After your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be invited to a 30 minute online meeting with our recruiter to get to know you better and tell you more about BHE
3. Interview with the hiring manager and a team member
If we are aligned after the recruiter screening, you'll be invited for an online meeting with the hiring manager and an additional team member. This is when you'll learn more about the role and we'll learn more about your experience and qualifications
4. Interview with additional team members and office tour
The last step in the process is a face to face meeting. We'd like to show you around our office, introduce you to fellow team members and tell you more about what it's like to work at BHE
5. Offer to join BHE!
If the hiring process is a success, we will reach out with an offer and eagerly welcome you to the BHE team!
